The staff were helpful and friendly. Great location near designer stores. Comfortable and clean beds. Good breakfast. Well-equipped rooms. No elevator to 4th floor. No lobby, just an "office". No signage. Old elevator. Fire escape for safety. No maps or restaurant listings. Close to Knightsbridge tube station. Impeccable staff with high standards. Beautifully furnished and quiet room. Quirky and comfortable beds. Well-presented breakfast. Elevator access adds charm. Close proximity to lively Brompton Road.

This hotel is all about value for money. With its affordable prices and attention to detail, it's perfect for a short stay in the absolute center of Knightsbridge. The rooms, although small, are comfortable with king size beds and the added continental breakfast is a great start to the day.
